(Yahoo!) - Mick Jagger and his family are coming together following the death of the Rolling Stones rocker's longtime girlfriend, fashion designer L'Wren Scott, on Monday.

The Rolling Stones canceled the first concert on the Australian leg of their 11-country 14 on Fire Tour. The Perth show was set for Wednesday.

"The Rolling Stones concert in Perth will not be going ahead as scheduled for Wednesday 19 March 2014. No further information is available at this time, ticket holders are asked to hold on to their tickets until a further update is available. Ticket holders can check back here, at RollingStones.com, for official updates," the band announced on their website.

The group is scheduled to play five more concerts in Australia and their next show is scheduled for March 22 in Adelaide. At this time, there are no additional announcements from the band about the state of their tour.

A spokesperson for the Rolling Stones frontman told Yahoo that Jagger is "completely shocked and devastated."

Jagger's daughter with ex-wife Jerry Hall, model Georgia May Jagger, 22, also canceled her public appearances this week and pulled out of Melbourne Fashion Week. She was scheduled to hit the runway for the Camilla Franks fashion show, but she and boyfriend Josh McLellan have reportedly flown back to New York City.

The rocker's family is in a state of shock over Scott's death. His first wife, Bianca Jagger, tweeted the following message on Monday.

Luciana Gimenez, the mother of Mick's youngest child, Lucas, also tweeted a heartfelt note.

Mick Jagger, 70, began dating the celebrated fashion designer, 49, in 2001. On Monday, Scott's assistant found her dead in her Manhattan apartment. Preliminary reports suggest that the model-turned-designer committed suicide. A date for Scott's memorial service has not been released at this time.
